this is a not for profit organization

Our Client is, based in North Toronto and is looking for a contracted position to fill in for a maternity leave starting May 2010. This person would fill in as our accounts payable and receivable and be responsible for the following:

Tracking Donations

Accounts Receivable
- Receipting
- Billings
- Statements
- Collections
Accounts Payable
- Vouchers
- Print Cheques
- AP Accruals
- Adjunct Accruals

Month-End Journal Entries
Some basic GL Analysis – related to Specific accounts

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in accounting, having successfully accomplished similar tasks in previous employment.

Working hours will be 3 days [22.5 hrs] a week during the spring/summer months [15 weeks] and 4 days [30 hrs] a week [37 weeks] during the school year.
The contract duration is from May 2010 to April 2011.
